Products
Do you sell makeup or skincare?
No. We sell beauty supply accessories and tools only: wigs, satin hair care, clips and bows, brushes, mirrors and makeup bags.
Are your wigs human hair?
Each wig listing says whether it is human hair, along with the texture, length and shade shown in the photos. Email us about cap size or length before you order if you are unsure.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once an order has been packed it can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons wigs, bonnets, scrunchies and brushes must be unworn and unused.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Care
How do I care for satin bonnets and scrunchies?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and air dry flat. Avoid bleach and high heat.
Will colors look exactly like the photos?
We use the original product photos. Screens differ, so shades may look slightly different in person.
