Yes — all of our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, with the cuticles kept intact and aligned so the hair stays soft, tangle-free, and blends naturally with your own.
Absolutely. Because it's real human hair, you can wash it, blow-dry it, and use heat tools just like your own hair. We recommend a heat protectant and a sulfate-free shampoo to keep it looking its best.
Each product page lists the color and shade codes. Screens can show color a little differently, so if you're between shades or want help matching, email support@beautyislandmd.com or call +1 410-318-8846 — we're happy to help.
We offer free U.S. shipping on every order — no minimum, no code needed. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in about 3–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened, worn, or altered cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Full details in our Refund Policy.
